Our Texas-style classic starts as a Prime Cut packer brisket. We season it only with salt and black pepper to allow that pure prime beef flavor to shine through. The result is a tender, juicy meat with a smoky flavor, covered in a beautiful “bark” crust so delicious there’s no need for BBQ sauce.
The pork shoulder rubbed with three layers of seasoning using our very own homemade rub, resulting in a smoky, fall-apart-tender, juicy pile of pulled pork.
Our pork spare ribs are dry rubbed with two layers of house blend seasoning and smoked just long enough to give a hint of smoke flavor and allow the meat to become moist and tender.
Cooked right on our smoker and enhanced with our pulled pork, our BBQ Baked Beans are a combination of sweet and heat with a hint of smoke.
Our homemade macaroni and cheese is baked with a blend of three different kinds of cheese, making it amazingly rich and creamy.
Made fresh with only four simple ingredients, our coleslaw is a great compliment to any BBQ dish. It’s crunchy and creamy with a tangy-sweet dressing.
