Our Texas-style classic starts as a Prime Cut packer brisket. We season it only with salt and black pepper to allow that pure prime beef flavor to shine through. The result is a tender, juicy meat with a smoky flavor, covered in a beautiful “bark” crust so delicious there’s no need for BBQ sauce.
First rubbed with three layers of our house blend seasoning, the pork shoulder is then smoked low and slow over a wood fire, resulting in a smoky, fall-apart-tender, juicy pile of pulled pork.
This sandwich is the best of both worlds! 1/2 Pulled Pork, 1/2 Brisket, topped off with Mac n’ Cheese.
Our pork spare ribs are dry rubbed with two layers of house blend seasoning and smoked just long enough to give a hint of smoke flavor and allow the meat to become moist and tender.

Our homemade macaroni and cheese is baked with a blend of three different kinds of cheese, making it amazingly rich and creamy.
A plug of cold and creamy slaw on a pulled pork sandwich is the only way to eat it if you ask us. Good on its own as a side dish, our coleslaw is made fresh with only 4 simple ingredients. It's crunchy and creamy with a tangy-sweet dressing.
